Inovativní management vod – řešení městské čtvrti Líchy v Židlochovicích

Projekt „inovativní management vod“ řešící vodní hospodářství v městské čtvrti Líchy v Židlochovicích je řešen s finanční podporou Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (www.dbu.de) a jeho cílem je navrhnout a vyprojektovat vodní hospodářství s úsporou pitné vody (50%), s využitím užitkové vody a ověřením likvidace části šedých vod v místě.

 

V současnosti ve většině obcí neexistuje systémový přístup k hospodaření s pitnou vodou. S tou se tak často plýtvá a není využívána naplno. Inovativní management vod v obcích či čtvrtích sníží spotřebu pitné vody i vypouštění odpadní vody s pozitivním ekonomickým i ekologickým dopadem.

Aktuálně spolupracujeme na pilotním projektu s městem Židlochovice v nově připravované udržitelné čtvrti Chytré Líchy. Cílem je dosažení úspory až 50 % pitné vody spotřebované na území a současně i snížení vypouštění odpadní vody až 50 % prostřednictvím vytvoření lokálního koloběhu vody, viz. následující schéma.

Analyzujeme dostupná řešení v konkrétní oblasti, jejich umístění, vodní zdroje, počet obyvatel a další. Navrhneme optimální řešení tak, aby přineslo nejvyšší možnou efektivitu lokálního koloběhu hospodaření s vodou. Pomáháme s přípravou dokumentace pro stavební řízení a s hledáním dodavatele.

Obyvatelé lokalit s chytrým managementem vod budou mít nižší náklady na spotřebu vody, konkrétně v Chytrých Líchách až o 50 %. Opatření má značný environmentální dopad v podobě udržitelného nakládání s přírodními zdroji.

Innovative water management - solution for the Líchy district in Židlochovice

The project "innovative water management" solving water management in the urban district of Líchy in Židlochovice is solved with the financial support of the Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (www.dbu.de) and its aim is to design and design a water management system with drinking water saving (50%), utility water use and verification of the disposal of part of the grey water on site.

Currently, in most municipalities there is no systematic approach to drinking water management. Water is often wasted and not used to its full potential. Innovative water management in municipalities or neighbourhoods will reduce drinking water consumption and wastewater discharge with positive economic and environmental impacts.

We are currently working on a pilot project with the town of Židlochovice in the newly prepared sustainable district of Chytré Líchy. The aim is to achieve savings of up to 50% of the drinking water consumed in the area and at the same time reduce wastewater discharge by up to 50% through the creation of a local water cycle, see diagram below.

We analyse the solutions available in a specific area, their location, water resources, population and others. We will design the optimal solution to bring the highest possible efficiency of the local water cycle. We assist with the preparation of documentation for the construction procedure and with the search for a contractor.

Residents of locations with smart water management will have lower water consumption costs, specifically in Smart Lychee by up to 50%. The measure has a significant environmental impact in terms of sustainable management of natural resources.
