The objective of the project is to innovate the control of the flotation process through the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in order to optimize chemical dosing and improve process stability. The application of AI will lead to optimization of the treatment process and operational savings in the use of chemicals.

The solution is primarily intended for use in the food processing industry, where ASIO TECH spol. s r.o. carries out the majority of its projects. An existing prototype developed by ASIO TECH, with a capacity of approximately 3 m³/h, will be utilized and further upgraded for the purposes of data collection and optimization, aiming to achieve the lowest possible operating costs while maintaining effluent quality.

The applicant will cooperate on the project with the academic institution Brno University of Technology, which will primarily provide expertise in artificial intelligence and wastewater treatment.
