The project „Integration of water recycling and heat recovery technologies into one functional unit" under acronyme WEGEN is solved under financial support from the Ministry of Industry and the Trade through grant programme Application in 2021 - 2023.

The aim of the project is to integrate water recycling and heat recovery technologies into one functional unit with the vision of simplifying and optimizing the management of both processes in order to reduce investment costs and increase user comfort. The use of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis technology is expected for water recycling, and the application of intelligent heat exchanger systems to increase energy savings. The output of the project will be a proven technology of equipment with an output of 500 l / h, which will be tested in real operations. The project is solved by a consortium of companies Professional Support s.r.o and ASIO TECH, spol. s r.o., which from the project promise more efficient operational solutions in laundry operations and, in addition to the innovation of their product portfolio, also commercial success in the Czech Republic and abroad. The outputs of the project are a pilot plant using membrane cleaning technology and an intelligent heat exchanger in one functional unit, proven wastewater recycling process technology with an energy saving system using an intelligent heat exchanger and a utility model protecting integrated water purification and energy saving technology.
