During the May, we welcomed the delegation from the Danish and Swedish embassies and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The visit included a short presentation on the ASIO company's history with an introduction to its portfolio of comprehensive solutions for the management of rainwater, grey water and domestic wastewater. This was followed by an introduction to blue-green infrastructure products with an emphasis on stormwater retention in cities and built-up areas. The last part of the visit was a tour of the site along with a presentation of each product in practice. Most attention was paid to the AS-TTE GRID watering grids and especially the AS-SMART TREE.

After a number of questions about the variability of the equipment, the possible use of plants and the necessary maintenance, it was even discovered that one of the installed smart trees is located right near the MFA! This finding underlined the contribution of our solutions to public space and their growing presence in cities. The whole visit confirmed that innovative approaches to sustainable water management and blue-green infrastructure are resonating internationally. The interest from the delegation showed us that we are moving in the right direction – and motivated us to push our technologies even further, with an emphasis on aesthetics, functionality and real environmental benefits.
