Wastewater Treatment
Wastewater Treatment Plants
People often ask us, "And how long will the purifier last?" Domestic wastewater treatment plants - and plastic tanks in general - have a really long lifespan. We can't tell you an exact number from experience, because we've only been in business for "only" 32 years. But in general, the lifetime of tanks is calculated at 25 years.

In practice, however, the lifetime is longer. The proof is one of our treatment plants in the Ore Mountains, which has been in operation for over 25 years. Yes, it is a bit shabby - but not surprising when it is used to treat wastewater. The tank itself, however, shows no signs of damage, and even most of the original components are still functioning. Just replace the membrane aeration element and a couple of valves that are most stressed in the harsh environment - and the plant can continue to operate without any problems. Perhaps for another 25 years.

We have completed the installation of a passive standard wastewater treatment plant for the Tribulaunhütte mountain hut in South Tyrol. Even at an altitude of 2,064 meters above sea level, we managed to install a technologically advanced WWTP without the need for electricity or a helicopter.
