AS-SUNO is a photovoltaic island (off-grid) system for pumping of rainwater, service water or clean wastewater. The system is intended for pumping of water from below situated tanks to tanks or drains situated higher, in places where power supply is not available or where bringing such supply to the site would be too expensive.
Therefore, the system can be advantageously used in recreational facilities, vegetation wastewater-treatment systems or animal watering places.

Major parts of the system are the photovoltaic panel, accumulator battery, pump governor, and pump. The minimal water level float and stainless steel stand are offered as optional accessories.

The photovoltaic panels and the electrical cabinet with accessories can be placed on a stain-less steel stand or a structure available on the site (in most cases on a roof). Due to the de-pendence on solar radiation, it is necessary to place the panels as close as possible to the ideal position (i.e. in the southerly direction and the gradient of 350). It is also advisable to prevent any position, where the panels could be shaded by adjacent structures or trees dur-ing the day.
