The Project „The modelling protocol application for wastewater treatment plant process optimization and energy cost savings.“ under acronyme Modelování was solved with financial support from the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic under programme for the support of applied research and experimental development ALFA in 2013 - 2015.
The aim of the project was to create a unified modelling protocol for evaluating mechanical - biological treatment plants which will serve as a basis for the assessment of wastewater treatment plant operations from a technological, energy-related and investment evaluation point of view. The main output of the project was certified methodology that included modelling protocol for optimizing the operation of wastewater treatment plant in order to improve the quality of treated wastewater and to achieve energy savings for wastewater treatment.
Consortium consisted of ASIO Ltd. and University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague.
